When I ordered a stock online, the company sent me 2 stocks and double billed me, told me that I hit submit 2 times, within 1 minute of each other. Instead of calling the number I provided, to insure that I was actually ordering 2 identical stocks separately, they sent the 2 stocks and billed me twice.

In order to return the stock that I don't remember ordering, I am pretty sure that I will have to pay the return shipping, as well as a 12% restocking fee. Living in Alaska, I do a lot of ordering online, I am certain that I would not hit submit more than once. However, I was told that I did. I can not afford these types of mistakes.

I will not do business with Boyds again, and I recommend that anyone else considering an online order with Boyds, double check your order. And do this by calling the company rather than checking online, you may end up ordering again.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $267.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Double shipped and double billed.
