Bought there At-One stock to receive it damaged by them or carrier. In return It was a complete hassle on my part.
Communication is bad in a sense that I had to call them back after I had already talked to someone about the damage, who in turn told me don’t expect a answer anytime soon as they are busy. Then I was made to contact UPS to start a claim which was then told by them it doesn’t work like that that the shipper would have to contact them. A complete run around. All in all I waited quite some time the first time around and then they made me wait even longer instead of just sending me a new stock right away.
It appears they just sanded the crack out of the original damaged stock to me is noticeable. Don’t get me wrong the stock looks great, but don’t know if it’s worth the experience and zero accountability on there end.
