I ordered a stock on line and made a mistake on the color I wanted.The order was placed on a Saturday.

Within the hour, I realized my mistake and sent an email that included the order number, my contact information and the correction to my mistake. Sunday they are closed, Monday was a holiday but I did call and leave a message with my order number and the correction I needed. I requested an email or a call back so I knew they got the message, Tuesday there was no email or call letting me know they got the message. I called customer service on Weds morning and they informed me that it was already in production and there was nothing they could do about it.

The comment I got when I was on the phone with them was "we have gotten a lot of messages lately and we did not get to yours before it went to production".

I asked for her to move my request up the ladder because I had made several attempts to correct my mistake before it did go into production.Yes I made the original mistake but my effort to correct it went un noticed and they appear to not be willing to fix it.

Well customer service made it right for me. Ened up being a real nice stock just not what I wanted for checkering

Update.I finally got a call back from Boyd’s customer service...

8 days later....

It went to voicemail and the excuse was a unusual high volume of calls.They have their manufacturing down but don’t expect much from their customer service

Same sort of deal just happened to me about the checkering option I made on line.This company belongs in prison for how the do business.

Several emails and phone calls with in minutes of placing the order and the response I got back is too bad orders are final and they won't change it.

Ok stocks for the money but customer service sucks.The sooner they fail the better.
