Ordered a no custom option stock on Dec 1, 2017. My card was billed on Dec 6, 2017.

My account shows shipment on the 6th. Now Jan 7, 2017 and NO STOCK!!! Spoke with Jodi in customer service repeatedly, she was nice BUT couldn't answer where my stock was, couldn't find a tracking number or shipping date or anyone who could tell her. Told me three different times it was about to go out...and no stock...

I really want to believe they are just backlogged but this feels very very unorganized. As someone who shops almost exclusively online, I have come to expect a certain level of professionalism from retailers.

BOYD'S you took my money, I just want one of your awesome stocks. Please.

Same problem here... placed an order Jan 4 2017...

money went pending that same day....

2 days later that charge disappeared like they cancelled my order... tried calling 3 times and left 3 messages and no return calls back

I have had the same thing happen. I ordered on the 15th of December 2016 and I got the same bull!!

Have no idea where the stock is or when it will be shipped! I will never use this company ever again!!!
