What these guys said... service is absolutely horrible. The only way I could contact was through email . 16 exchanges between myself and the service, Jodi. It was A 3 minute conversation that took 4 days to handle my email. Spend the extra money and buy somewhere else.

Details
Ordered the wrong forend for my Rossi 92. Requested an exchange. I was told can't exchange because it was a custom item. I disagreed but was told because I chose a color other than basic walnut it was now a custom item. So every stock they sell other than basic walnut is a custom item and can't exchange. Not right.

Horrible worst customer service ever and I ordered my son a gun stock for Christmas and it is totally wrong measurements and it is now February and they are still not fixing the problem I truly believe that they don't care about ripping off their customers I definitely think that their business should be shut down very poor quality!
